With a boost level of 5psi and high-volume design, you are sure to get the additional horsepower you are looking for with minimal stress on the motor.
Your Defender will see a dramatic horsepower increase to the wheels from 45 RWHP to near or above 85 RWHP and 20 FTLBS of torque.
This system includes a fuel controller with base map, wideband, coolant lines, oil supply fittings.

60 LBS INJECTOR TWIN CYLINDER ASSEMBLY
The Force Turbos Can-Am 60 LBS Injector Twin Cylinder Assembly is an essential component to building an engine capable of running greater than 5psi of boost. Deliver more fuel so that you can leverage more boost from your Force Turbos Can-Am Turbo System.
This assembly was designed to give you 40% more fuel over stock injectors. This assembly is not needed if you are only running 5 psi on our Force Turbos Can-Am Turbo System. If you want to build your engine to run higher levels of boost, this will deliver enough fuel to accomplish that.
Includes the following:
- 60 LBS injectors
- Pig tails

The Quad Shop Customs Can-Am Defender 3 Arm Clutch Kit will give you better belt grip, acceleration, and smoother engagements, all while maintaining lower belt temps. This clutch kit provides bolt on performance that you can feel.

No. A clutch kit is not usually needed with the Can- Am Defender turbo system. Â However, a clutch kit may be needed if you are using larger than stock tires or looking to gain more performance.
Yes. Â The turbo system comes with a base map. Â Occasionally additional tuning is necessary to get the correct base map to match your specific vehicle and ECU, but we are willing to assist.
We increase the stock tune RPM limits, speed limits, and some torque limits.
A professional mechanic can install the system in about 6 hours, while a home garage mechanic usually needs 8-10 hours or more.
Our turbo system was designed to give you increased performance while operating within the normal operating limits of the vehicle. Â Although our turbo system is capable of exceeding the recommended operational parameters of the vehicle, it would require making specific adjustments to the system to reach those levels.
No. Â This turbo system was designed to run high quality 91 pump fuel.
No. Â We recommend always operating your vehicle in sport mode with a turbo system installed.
Yes.  Adding any high-performance aftermarket accessories will void your warranty. Use at your own risk.
Yes. Â Our turbo system can be taken off and the vehicle can be returned to stock.
The turbo system will work the same as any other stock vehicle. Â Air is pulled from the same location as the stock vehicle. Â Exhaust will function the same as a stock exhaust. Â The turbo system will retain any capability the stock vehicle had.
