CT Race Worx High Clearance Billet Rear UPPER Radius Rods for Maverick X3 for 72″ Models
These High Clearance Lower Maverick X3 Upper Radius Rods Built from 7075-T6 Aluminum with Upgraded Joint Options and Plates. Aircraft Grade.
These Are The Upper Arms Only, For Complete Set See “HERE”
Looking for the ultimate in radius rods look no further.
Don’t be fooled by cheap imitations using inferior joints and inferior materials.
You may pay less at up front but over the course of a year after those cheap joints wear out you’re going to have more time and money invested than doing it right the first time.
These high clearance lower rods are built from 7075-T6 aluminum and feature over an inch of ground clearance. This is aircraft grade aluminum and pretty much the strongest aluminum option for our sport.
The middle (toe) link and upper radius rod are solid 1-1/8″ 7075-T6 aluminum.
This kit allows for full adjustability of camber and toe while installed sitting at ride height.

FK Joints:
We us FK uniballs for the ends these are the same series joints that the trophy trucks are running, there is nothing better.
The JMX series of joints from FK is something that we’ve had a tremendous amount of success with over the years. These joints use a fabric based teflon liner known as a PTFE liner.
The inner joint housing is compressed to create a preload on the ball that will stay tight roughly 3 times longer than a standard injected teflon rod end, which is standard in the industry.
We do offer boots for these joints, this increases the life of the joint even more by keeping the debris out of the joint.
The spacers in each joint are 303 stainless steel so strength and corrosion won’t be an issue.
What does this mean?
It means ours won’t elongate, stretch, bend, dent and even scratch like 6061 will.

Add-On Race Plates:
These radius rod plates will give you the ability to remove one radius rod at a time without having to remove the radius rod plate. This has several advantages, no studs to break, stronger bolts replacing the studs, ability to remove one rod at a time, and changing an axle just got faster.
Since the factory stud setup uses a nylock nut for the locking setup we knew we would not be able to incorporate a locking not into this design. The solution was a Nordlock washer on the bolts. This will keep the bolts from backing out and holding torque without having to use locktight. Our weld nuts are made and machined in house from 4130 chomoly with a form tap.
This kit comes with a template to drill the holes for the mounting hardware of the plates. A 1/8″ pilot gets drilled first and then that hole gets opened up from 1/8″ to roughly 1/4″ or slightly larger hole. Everything needed is supplied except for the drill bits.
