The gas cap on the stock KRX is not in a good spot to say the least. It is recessed in the machine, very low to the ground, and next to the front tires.
No other manufacturer has done this for their gas caps because it gets them covered in mud. Our KRX fuel door is a well priced and easy to install solution to this problem.
Our Kawasaki KRX gas cap cover offers the hinge on the top of the plate to make sure the cover will stay closed during any style of riding.
Our Kawasaki KRX fuel door is CNC laser cut and bent from lightweight aluminum. For the best looking and long lasting finish we powder coat our door black. To finish it off we install our spring loaded hinge.
This spring provides more than enough force to hold the fuel door against your machine so there is no rattling from our part. Overall, our Kawasaki KRX Fuel Door keeps your gas cap accessible and clean.

AJK Offroads products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use (some light scratches may be present from the manufacturing process).
Our sole liability under this warranty is limited to replacing the defective product.
Any/all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
This warranty shall not apply to any product which has been damaged by improper usage, accident, neglect, alteration,racing, or abuse.
In no event will we be liable for special or consequential damages to any buyer, user, or another person.
IN STOCK PARTS – Any items in current inventory we ship within 36-48 hours after order.
We currently only ship Monday through Friday, if you place the order over the weekend we will process it on Monday.
Current Fabrication or Production Run Parts
Currently anything listed on the site is traditionally stocked and ready to ship but there are times that we are currently in a production run and or waiting for powder coating, this could result in 5-10 Business day shipping
Lead Times define the maximum estimated amount of time required to prepare the item for shipping and may vary depending on product, volume of current orders, and/or build schedules. This includes fabrication, powder coating, packaging, and other preparation. In the event that Lead Times are delayed you will be contacted via email or phone call.
Lead Times DO NOT include shipping transit times.
All parts will be shipped as soon as possible after the initial Lead Time using your selected shipping method.
