This Info is for customers who are the primary owners of the parts/suspension or for dealers reaching out on the customer’s behalf. If you – or your client – were the first one to purchase the suspension from a dealership or vendor and did not receive them second-hand as a gift, trade, or resale, then the repairs involved may be covered under our lifetime warranty. This does not include labor costs involved.

If you are not the original owner, and received these parts second-hand as a gift, trade, or resale, then please fill out the Or Outside Your Warranty And Just Want Them Rebuilt: Rebuild/Conversion Form.

1. Submit Request: Please complete the form below and submit.
2. Return Authorization & Invoice: After submitting the form, we will provide you with an RA number and send you an invoice that includes the cost of the rebuild (if non-warrantable) and round-trip shipping.
3. Payment & Shipping: Once you’ve paid the invoice, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label to send the suspension back to us.
4. Turnaround Time: Once we receive your suspension, the rebuild will be completed within 3-4 business days.
5. Tracking Information: After the work is done, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your return shipment.
