Moorhead Off Road Full Long Travel Kit For Ranger XD 1500 Models
Upgraded Polaris Ranger XD Long Travel Kit, All Made In America Upgraded Arms, Shocks And Everything Needed To Extend Your Machine, Run A 37″ Tire
This is a true long travel suspension that maintains optimal shock geometry while extending your wheel positioning
They allow for all OEM hardware, shocks, bushings and ball joints to be reused.
Rear arms are adjustable using our patent pending design that allows for adjustments to be made WITHOUT having to remove the arms from the machine. OEM sway bars are compatible front and rear.
OEM/Stock Length Axles Will Not Work With This Kit, This Ranger XD Long Travel Kit Comes With Axles
Kit INCLUDES ZBROZ 2.5 X2 Series Dual Rate shocks on all 4 corners.
This kit allows for over 18” of travel, and 76” wide depending on wheel offset.
This Ranger 1500 Long Travel Kit A Arms are constructed from 0.250″ wall USA DOM (Not Industry Standard .120 DOM) and allows for a 35” tall tire.
The Arms are portal compatible, While Being Made In America

- Full replacement tie rods with clevis assemblies
- Brake line extensions

Limited Warranty
Moorehead products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use (some light scratches may be present from the manufacturing process).
Our sole liability under this warranty is limited to replacing the defective product.
Warranty: A – Arms, Tie Rod DOM Rods are covered under a limited lifetime warranty for original purchaser. All warranty claims must be sent in for examination with purchase date and order number.
The heim joints are considered a wearable item, and therefore are only covered for 30 days from original purchase date.
This warranty shall not apply to any product which has been damaged by improper usage, accident, neglect, alteration, racing, or abuse.
In no event will we be liable for special or consequential damages to any buyer, user, or another person.
