Moorhead Off Road Solid Steel Steering Tie Rods For Xpedition Models
Help Solidify That OEM Steering Setup, These Upgraded Polaris Xpedition Tie Rods Give You Strength And Performance With Milled Clevis Ends And Thick Rods
This product was designed to replace the OEM rod components from the steering rack to the wheel hub.
All Xpedition Tie Rods are made from SOLID STEEL using 5/8″ heim joints and designed to replace factory 13″ Tie Rods
The clevis uses a hardened thru bolt to allow for easier install and stronger functionality.
This kit is adjustable WITHOUT having to unbolt the rods from the hub.
Kit comes with everything needed to complete both sides of the machine.
These Steering Tie Rods are constructed from 0.250” wall USA DOM Compared To Industry Standard .120 DOM

- Two Clevis Ends
- Two Clevis Bolts
- Two Tie Rod Bars
- Right Hand Heim Joint With Jam Nut
- Left Hand Heim Joint with Jam Nut
- 4 Misalignment Spacers
- Two Heim Joint Shoulder Bolt With Lock Nuts

Limited Warranty
Moorehead products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use (some light scratches may be present from the manufacturing process).
Our sole liability under this warranty is limited to replacing the defective product.
Warranty: A – Arms, Tie Rod DOM Rods are covered under a limited lifetime warranty for original purchaser. All warranty claims must be sent in for examination with purchase date and order number.
The heim joints are considered a wearable item, and therefore are only covered for 30 days from original purchase date.
This warranty shall not apply to any product which has been damaged by improper usage, accident, neglect, alteration, racing, or abuse.
In no event will we be liable for special or consequential damages to any buyer, user, or another person.
